How it works
The Beginning
We meet. We talk about your relationship, your families, your priorities, your vision. By the end of the first meeting, we know more about your wedding than you do.
The Vision
We build your planning foundation: the look, the feel, the budget framework, the timeline. Everything we do from here is in service of that.
The Build
Month by month, we source, book, design, and manage. You attend the meetings you want to attend. You make the decisions that matter to you. We handle everything in between.
The Final Stretch
In the final two months, everything tightens. Confirmations go out, timelines are finalized, walk-throughs happen. You arrive at your wedding week having done nothing but get excited.
The Day
We are there before the first delivery and leave after the last vendor. You are never aware of a single problem. You simply get married.
FAQ
How early should we book?
As early as possible. We take on a limited number of full planning clients per year. Most book 14–20 months in advance.
Do we get one planner throughout?
Yes. Your lead planner is your planner from the first meeting to the last dance.
How involved do we need to be?
As much or as little as you want. Some couples want to be across every decision. Others hand us near-complete creative control. We adapt entirely to you.
What does ‘unlimited consultations’ actually mean?
It means we are available throughout the planning process — by email, phone, and scheduled meetings — without a clock running.
